Primary Contractor/ Client: United Airconditioning & Mechanical Services

APS Contract Value: $400,000

Project Scope (problems APS solved): APS’s Drafting Engineer Adam drafted all chilled water and condenser water pipework for this job scope to avoid clashes with other services. The drafting provides an excellent visual aid for our Team to Assist the Site Manager Mark and his Team with seamless installation capability. Drafting and Prefabrication of the Flexistrut Supa Bracketing system provided the APS Piping Installation Team with the confidence that the bracketing support system can adequately reinforce the large piping headers within this piping infrastructure. This works flowed onto connecting the new Central Plantroom to existing chilled water piping using a custom-drafted bracketing system. The APS Team interfaced exceptionally well with the onsite Project Team bringing this project to a close in a timely manner. Although this project commenced before COVID-19 began impacting the world, the APS Management Team responded swiftly and worked with the client to provide a COVID-ready system responding to the NT Government and the client’s COVID-19 safety parameters to continue works with little interruption to the flow of the project delivery.
