Australian Piping Systems is a specialist manufacturer, fabricator and installer of iH2O pre-insulated piping for chilled water (HVAC) air-conditioning infrastructure installations and geomembrane lining specialist for the mechanical, construction and mining services industries.

APS provides the complete life-cycle approach in providing piping solutions to its customers. We start with the consultation process and provide a customised HVAC piping and HDPE piping solutions, based on the client's needs, focused on the best ROI.

APS manufactures iH2O pre-insulated pipe, fabricates pipes, supplies and installs a range of piping, including iH2O pre-insulated HVAC piping, fabrication of pipe spools, bends, reducers, etc. and provides onsite cladding and foaming for chilled water piping applications. APS also specialises in the supply and installation of HDPE geomembrane lining solutions for the mining and civil industries.

APS has over 35 years of combined expertise and experience in installing HDPE geomembrane lining and within the mining industry in the NT. APS has been involved in lining large water reservoirs, ponds, damns and secondary containment areas for de-watering projects across all the major NT mines, including; Rio Tinto Alcan Gove, Glencore McArthur River Mine, South32 Groote Eylandt Mine and Mt Todd Gold Mine and has a breadth of knowledge and expertise in this field.

APS is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance Standard and is the manufacturer of iH2O Pre-Insulated pipe and Pre-Insulated fittings, offering a JIT stock system. APS has strategic value-added supply arrangements in place, including with Victaulic, a leading global brand of mechanical pipe connectors. These strategic supply arrangements, ensure we are bringing a broad range of quality technology to our piping solutions, enabling us to deliver exceptionally good value for money, to our clients.

APS employs up to 40 staff and has workshops and warehouse facilities in Brisbane Qld, Berrimah, NT and fabrication and installation capacity in Townsville, Qld. APS services the whole of the NT, Qld, Northern NSW and Northern Australia and including Northern WA

Staffs are accredited in both Plastic and metal fabrications and hold competencies in:-
